4Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• bd79 may temporarily lock an account if suspicious login activity is detected.
• Log out after using any device and use a strong password.

bd79 will not be held responsible for unauthorised access to an account or financial loss resulting from the user's own negligence.

5Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bd79 can be made through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (for security purposes).
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — withdrawals must always go to the registered account holder's own account.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, bd79 may request additional verification and put processing on hold.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). bd79 is not responsible for delays caused by banking service disruptions or technical issues, though we endeavour to resolve such matters as quickly as possible.

6Bonus and Promotion Rules

bd79's current welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The terms and conditions of this bonus are set out in detail below:

• This bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Depositing ৳42,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Play must begin with the bonus funds; the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
• bd79 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

Future promotions and offers will have their own separate terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. bd79 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

10Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, software, text, graphics, images, and code on the bd79 platform are the intellectual property of bd79 and are protected by applicable law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without bd79's written permission is prohibited.
• Third-party game software (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and PG Soft) is protected by its own respective intellectual property rights.
• Data relating to a user's gaming activity is the property of bd79 and may be used for any purpose.

11Limitation of Liability

Within the limits of applicable law, bd79 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Gaming disruptions caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection problems.
• Loss caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
• Delays caused by disruptions to third-party services (payment gateways, telecommunications providers).
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, or other force majeure events).
• Financial loss incurred by the user through gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.

bd79 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. The maximum limit of direct liability will be restricted to the amount of the relevant transaction.

12Changes and Termination

bd79 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Users will be notified at the earliest opportunity of any significant changes.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any available funds.
• bd79 may suspend or close an account for the following reasons: violation of terms, providing false information, suspicious activity, or the user's own request.

After an account is closed, the verified balance (confirmed, bonus-free) will be returned to the user's registered payment method, unless an investigation is ongoing.
